These classes include Leasing 101, Landlord/Tenant Law, Mold Awareness, Appliance Repair, and Customer Service for the Service Team, AAGO members would spend $415 to send 1 person to each of these classes. APASS Subscribers pay $69 a month for a total investment of $207 and can send their entire TEAM for no additional cost! APASS subscribers also save 10% on classes like EPA, CPO, CAMT, CAM, CAPS Express, and our new Leadership Development Programs.
