Renewal invoices will be arriving in your e-mail inbox starting the first week of November. With your membership expiring at midnight on December 31, it's important to renew promptly! If you haven’t received your invoice by November, please let us know—we’re here to help.

Membership Dues
Our board and staff have streamlined the dues structure so you can easily calculate your annual payment. Just multiply the number of units in your community by the unit price listed below.
For example, if your community has 250 units, you fall into the 201-300 pricing tier at $3.51 per unit.

As a reminder, renewal dues invoices will be sent out in November 2025 with a due date of January 5th, 2025. Dues received after January 27th will be subject to a $50 late fee. All members with outstanding dues invoices as of February 28th, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. will be suspended and incur a $100 reinstatement fee.
Attention NAA Click & Lease Users: Maintaining a good-standing membership is required to continue accessing the service.

When Will We Receive Our Renewal Invoice?
As a reminder, renewal dues invoices will be emailed out in November 2024 with a due date of January 6, 2025. Dues received after January 27th will be charged a $50 late fee. Dues received after February 28th at 5PM will incur a $100 reinstatement fee. Note: Florida/NAA/Click and Lease users are required to maintain membership in good standing in order to access the lease.
Don't forget about the voluntary $50 Advance the Industry contribution that will be included in your renewal invoice. This contribution benefits our advocacy efforts at the local, state, and federal levels. Through our government affairs efforts, we have saved our members millions of dollars, and the Advance the Industry fund will help us continue to fight onerous legislation.
Prorated Membership Dues
If your community or company joined after January 1st, your dues invoice for following year will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the period of your membership. Since a full year's worth of dues were paid when joining, you will receive a prorated dues invoice in November for the following year.
For example, if you joined on March 31st, 2024, your 2025 dues would be priced based on April 1st - December 31st.
