We’re thrilled to announce that the 2025 AAGO Trade Show is headed to the
Orange County Convention Center!

This incredible event will be bigger and better than ever, and
we can’t wait for you to be part of it.


EXHIBITORS:

MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR BOOTH SELECTIONS

  • Priority booth selection is to open for all Platinum Sponsors at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. (If the sponsorship is secured after January 7, priority booth selection does not apply.)
  • An email containing a private link to secure a 2025 booth will be sent to the primary contact who secures the sponsorship.

  •  Booth selection will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2025, for all 2024 exhibitors.
  • An email containing a private link to secure a 2025 booth will be sent to the primary contact in your exhibitor profile from last year's show. (Please note, in the event, there are changes or revisions that need to be made to your contact information, it is important to update that as soon as possible.)

  • Booth selection will open to all suppliers (AAGO members and non-members included) at
    9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
Single booth sizing is increasing to 10x10!

Booth Pricing:

  • Standard Single Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,100.00
  • Standard Double Booth (includes 4 reps): $1,955.00
  • Standard Corner Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,170.00
  • Premium Aisle Single Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,220.00
  • Premium Aisle Double Booth (includes 4 reps): $2,195.00
  • Premium Corner Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,300.00
  • End Cap Booth (includes 2 reps): $2,590.00

Additional Services Available:

  • Power Access - check back for pricing
  • WIFI Access - check back for pricing
  • Additional Booth Representatives - $75 per person (on-site price is $85)
  • Exhibitor Kit with additional products/services will be shared later

As we enter trade show season, beware of scammers attempting to sell lists of our members and attendees. Please note that AAGO never shares our attendee lists with any third parties. Disregard any such emails and under no circumstances should you respond, share your information, or provide any funds.

Member Pricing:

  • FREE Early Bird tickets are available until Friday, February 28th
  • Attendee tickets are $10 each from March 1st to April 16th
  • On-site attendee tickets are $25

APASS Subscribers:

  • FREE to attend the show (must pre-register) until Friday, March 14

Non-Member:

  • Must be 18+ employed in the rental housing industry. Not open to non-exhibiting suppliers.
  • Non-member attendee tickets are $35 each

NON-EXHIBITING SUPPLIERS MAY NOT ATTEND THE SHOW

7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Exhibitor Set-Up
Access to loading docks is from 7:30 - 9 a.m. We plan to close the garage doors at 9 a.m. to ensure the hall has time to cool down. If you have a large set up be sure you can arrive during the first two hours of load-in.
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Trade Show Hours
All attendee types have access to the show hall at 4 p.m.
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Exhibitor Tear-Down
