Booth Pricing:

  • Standard Single Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,100
  • Standard Double Booth (includes 4 reps): $2,200
  • Standard Corner Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,170
  • Premium Aisle Single Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,220
  • Premium Aisle Double Booth (includes 4 reps): $2,440
  • Premium Corner Booth (includes 2 reps): $1,290
  • End Cap Booth (includes 2 reps): $2,510
  • Super Booth (includes 6 reps): $4,500.

Additional Services Available:

  • Power Access - Purchasable through Orange County Convention Center (Details to Come)
  • WIFI Access - Purchasable through Orange County Convention Center (Details to Come)
  • Additional Booth Representatives - $75 per person (on-site price is $85)
  • Exhibitor Kit with additional products/services will be shared later

Member Pricing:

  • FREE Early Bird tickets are available until Friday, February 28th
  • Attendee tickets are $10 each from March 1st to April 16th
  • On-site attendee tickets are $25

APASS Subscribers:

  • FREE to attend the show (must pre-register) until Friday, March 14

Non-Member:

  • Must be 18+ employed in the rental housing industry. Not open to non-exhibiting suppliers.
  • Non-member attendee tickets are $35 each

Prop & Prohibited Items Policy: 

Out of an abundance of caution, all props that resemble or represent weapons are strictly prohibited from the trade show.

The Orange County Convention Center also has a prohibited items list that can be viewed here. AAGO reserves the right to inspect and remove unauthorized items or props.


Attendee Ticket Purchase for Management Clients:
  • Cost: $10 per ticket
  • How to Purchase: Your company can buy tickets and provide clients with a promo code for event registration.
  • Deadline: Pre-purchase before April 15 to avoid delayed entry. No tickets will be sold on event day.

Eligibility Reminder:
  • Tickets may only be purchased for management company attendees.
  • Non-exhibiting supplier companies are not eligible to attend.

 Booth Representative Policy:
  • Only company members may serve as booth representatives.
  • External services and non-affiliated individuals are not permitted.
  • All personnel must be directly employed by your company.

Scam Alert: Beware of Fraudulent Emails:
  • AAGO never shares attendee lists with third parties.
  • If you receive emails offering to sell member/attendee lists, do not respond, share your information, or provide any payment.
  • Stay vigilant and report suspicious emails to AAGO.

April 22
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Exhibitor Set-Up
Access to loading docks is from 7:30 - 9 a.m. We plan to close the garage doors at 9 a.m. to ensure the hall has time to cool down. If you have a large set up be sure you can arrive during the first two hours of load-in.
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Trade Show Hours
All attendee types have access to the show hall at 4 p.m.
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Exhibitor Tear-Down
