CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR (CPO)
Through the National Swimming Pool Foundation, AAGO is an approved provider of the CPO certification. This is a 2-day course that includes the certification exam. Our instructors are licensed proctors through the Pool & Hot Tub Professionals Association.

EPA 608 REFRIGERANT HANDLING CERTIFICATION
The Federal Clean Air Act, Section 608, requires that persons who service air conditioning and refrigeration systems containing certain refrigerants be certified under an approved Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved course. Through the ESCO Institute, AAGO is able to offer this Universal Certification. All courses are scheduled to be taught in English. Spanish materials and test available upon request.

RRP RULE
The “Lead: Renovation, Repair, and Paint Program” regulation applies to persons who do renovations for compensation in homes, schools, and other buildings built before 1978, this includes multifamily dwellings. This program is a federal regulatory program affecting contractors, property managers, maintenance workers, and others who disturb painted surfaces. The rule states that all contractors or firms performing painting work or are labeled as painters who disturb lead-based paint as part of their work in pre-1978 homes, schools, and other buildings must be EPA certified.
The EPA is authorized to impose fines of up to $37,500 per day, per violation on anyone who does not comply with this rule. Willful violations of the rule can even result in imprisonment.

Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS)

Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP)
