As we enter trade show season, beware of scammers attempting to sell lists of our members and attendees. Please note that AAGO never shares our attendee lists with any third parties. Disregard any such emails and under no circumstances should you respond, share your information, or provide any funds.



Member Pricing:

  • FREE Early Bird tickets are available until Friday, February 27th
  • Attendee tickets are $15 each from March 1st to April 16th
  • On-site attendee tickets are $25

Non-Member:

  • Must be 18+ employed in the rental housing industry. Not open to non-exhibiting suppliers.
  • Non-member attendee tickets are $35 each

  • Deadline to purchase attendee tickets

After deadlines = higher pricing + potential delays onsite


Attendee Ticket Purchase for Management Clients:

  • Cost: $15 per ticket

  • How to Purchase: Your company can buy tickets and provide clients with a promo code or prepaid invoice for event registration.

  • Deadline: Pre-Purchase before April 15 to avoid delayed entry. No tickets will be sold on event day.

Eligibility Reminder:
  • Tickets may only be purchased for management company attendees as an exhibitor.

  • Non-Exhibiting supplier companies are not eligible to attend. Suitcasing is not permitted.

  • $100 Onsite Purchase/Day Of - Additional Booth Representative

  • Badge changes Fee (onsite) = $25.00

Don’t need dock access? Bring a cart/hand truck to bring in items from the parking lot. 


Exhibitor Parking

  • West Lot 3 - Recommended due to close location

  • Due to capacity you may need to park in other lots but West Lot 3 is closest to our Hall. If you arrive after 12, you will need to utilize the attendee entrance pathway rather than the exhibitor shortcut through the ESCA entrance. LOCATION: If facing the entrance of West Concourse it’s directly to the left.

Props / Displays

  • NO items that resemble weapons

  • No Fog Machines, Candles, Vehicles, Fireworks, Helium Balloons

  • All items subject to inspection

Venue Rules

  • No outside food or beverages

  • Convention Center policies apply

Pro Tips for a Smooth Show

  • Complete everything before March 31

  • Arrive early if you have a large setup 

  • Setup Loading Dock Appt - Will not be permitted to loading dock without appt. Only walk in access through OCCC.

  • Bring a cart/hand truck

  • Double-check your booth staff list with exhibitor portal.
