Desiree has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry as a learning and development professional. She is an expert in various areas, such as career development, facilitation, customer experience, leadership, and more. To her credit, she holds a Bachelor's degree from Rollins College, serves as NAAEI Faculty, and holds the NAA CAPS designation. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor for the Residential Property Management program at Valencia College. Her facilitation techniques provide tangible resources, and her approach is full of laughter and fun.
