The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando has partnered with Ferran Services to provide step-by-step insturctions on how to properly and safetly maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems at an apartment community. This class will be held at the Ferran Services Training Center near Downtown Orlando.

This course is for maintenance technicians and supervisors who have an EPA 608 certification.

Students are required to bring their own tools including volt meter.
