Shana Jackson, Regional Manager

Shana Jackson was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. She is a Regional Manager for Epoch Residential. She's been in property management for 17 years where I started as a Leasing Consultant. She began getting involved with the apartment association and began taking classes offered to aid my professional growth. She serves as a mentor and to many young professionals and newly hired individuals to ensure their growth within the industry. She enjoys all aspects of property management, the relationship building with both on site and on the supplier side.

Michelle Ervin, Community Manager

Michelle Ervin brings over 20 years of property management experience to her role as Community Manager. Her tenure with Epoch Residential started in 2001 when she began managing luxury garden-style and mid-rise communities throughout Central Florida. She has extensive industry experience in lease-up and stabilized communities, as well as properties undergoing renovations.

A proud Central Florida native, Michelle has lived in the area for the past 50 years and carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding resident and vendor relations into everything she does. When Michelle isn't helping create the best community environment to represent Epoch, she enjoys spending time finding new eateries in the area, gardening, and relaxing with her 12-year-old shorkie pup, Gabby.
