Outstanding Invoices for Event Registration
In the event your secured event ticket(s) are left unpaid for more than 15 days prior to the event, AAGO reserves the right to cancel and resell your ticket. All unpaid invoices must be paid before the event or entrance to the event may not be accepted. Failure to maintain your membership in good standing will restrict future invoicing for events. If the ticket is secured less than 15 days before the event, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice being created.
Outstanding Invoices for Sponsorship Opportunities
In the event your secured event sponsorship is left unpaid for more than 45 days before the event, AAGO reserves the right to cancel your opportunity and resell the sponsorship. All unpaid invoices must be paid before the event or entrance to the event may not be accepted. If the sponsorship is secured less than 45 days prior to the event, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice being created.

When We Postpone or Have to Reschedule an Event and/or Class

AAGO will always endeavor to produce events on the originally scheduled dates.  In the event of extreme weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, floods, fires, etc) or other extraordinary circumstances the date of the event may be postponed.

Cancellations will not be allowed unless hardship or conflict with the rescheduled date(s) can be clearly demonstrated. In most circumstances, tickets may still be transferred to an individual(s) within your company.

When We Have to Cancel an Event and/or Class

In certain rare circumstances, it may be necessary for AAGO to cancel classes, programs, or events.  Should a class, program, or event be canceled by the association or venue then all pre-paid registrations will be refunded or credited to the member account.

The decision to cancel or postpone an event shall be at AAGO's sole discretion and does not entitle registrants to rights or damages resulting from the cancellation.
